  I would love to go into corries original home and take a look around it would make it more real and even more inspiring than reading the book to me would be actually standing in the space where it all began. She is an inspiration to me, her sister corries love and hope and joy in the midst of darkness made my eyes well with tears it also touched my heart. The hiding place convicted me that no matter what the circumstance i must be determined not to let praise leave my lips, i must not let my hope inchrist ever die i must press throught the storms of live and be a city on a hill. I would have loved to meet corrie and her entire family they will forever be an inspiration to me!! (:

  What a witness to the mighty power of the Lord! Few would have the faith Corrie and her family showed during their imprisonment. Corrie's spirit-filled heart is so evident in the color picture of her having tea - one would never guess how much torture she endured. She is with her Heavenly Father now, as well as her earthly family. We love you, Corrie, Betsie and all the ten Booms! Thank you for your powerful, humbling witness.

  Wow!...I am amazed by the virtual tour and story that is made online. It is great to see and makes the story come of Corrie ten Boom come to life. I have been to Haarlem to visit the Corrie ten Boom Huis in 2008 and just want to say that the virtual tour makes it real, just as if I were in the huis today. I think it is great how you want to share Corrie's story in the best way possible for those who cannot visit the huis. I will definently share this virtual tour with others.

  I've been so inspired by Corrie's book, "The Hiding Place". Especially the part where she asks her father a difficult question (when she is young) and he asks her to pick up his suitcase and she can't because it's too heavy. His words about allowing him to carry the knowledge for her because it's too heavy (at the time) is something I've used with my own child. The story of Betsie's death in the camp and how Corrie was able to see her transformed even in death will stick with me until I leave this world and go home. God is so good. The Ten Booms have taught me so much about God's Love and how no place is too dark for His Light to penetrate. I love how in "The Hiding Place" Corrie shared the good, the bad and most especially the "real" feelings she felt during her life. The fact that she did and then how she turned the not so "perfect" things over to the Lord is such a great example to follow. I've asked the Lord, when I come Home, if I can meet them. I just want to tell them "thank you".

  I learned about Corrie ten Boom and her family in the mid 70's. I fell instantly in love with them and anyone who loved the Lord so much that they would put themselves in harm's way to protect the lives of others being hunted down for slaughter or any other evil reason. The message of forgiveness is the most powerful I've ever heard. I'm glad I came here to take this tour. God bless you in your work of keeping HIS work through the ten Booms alive.

Corrie Ten Boom has been an inspiration to me for many years and has helped me in my walk with Jesus. I still have a lot to learn but I know God will guide me all the way because He is a lamp to my feet and a light to my way.   I had the very great privilege of hearing Corrie Ten Boom speak at a conference at Melodyland Church in Anaheim, CA in the late 70's. That session and her story and testimony filled me with such awe and impacted me and my Christian walk so profoundly. Watching this virtual tour and revisiting this story is quite inspiring. I believe there are no 'accidents' but instead Spirit directed occurences in the circumstances of our lives! My visiting this site on this night when I have been praying for guidance, purpose, and direction is no accident either. I am anxious to learn what the Lord has ordained and will unfold for me! Praise you Jesus for your presence in my life!

  I had not heard this story before and was lead to it by watching a Glenn Beck show. What a moving story on the power of God to give us the strength to overcome the most evil acts and be able to forgive and love. I wish I could have known Corrie and I'm sure she is now with God and her family;they have showed us that faith in God can produce such great acts of human kindness, sacrifice and love.

  As I watched this virtual tour I could literally feel the heart of God. The suffering is something we can never understand, yet Corrie seems to help us reach to our Lord for comfort and assurance that with his help we can get through anything. Jesus will never leave us or forsake us, and his love is always with us. One day he will wipe away all tears, then we will have supper together, and finally meet, then live forever surrounded with our Heavenly Family in the light of God's everlasting Love where this is no pain. I can' wait.

  Wonderful site!!! Corrie vistied our church when I was a baby in Germany, in 1969. My dad was in the army...my mom always tells the story that during Corrie's speach, she stopped and looked around then looked directly at my mom. She said that she looked around not believing that Corrie could possibly be looking at her. Corrie pointed at her and said "Tonight you and I have communicated." After the service, I was plucked from the nursery. Corrie's assistant asked my mom to come to her...she prayed over me. I've always felt so honored and especially blessed for this. I have read nearly all of her books and even named my youngest daughter in her honor. She's helped me to forgive when I didnt think I could. She's helped me thank G-d in even bad circumstances... CANT WAIT TO MEET HER!!!!
