USAPrayer/Praise My sister was diagnosed with brain cancer last December(2011). My Mother died of Leukemia February 1st(2012) and then my middle brother,Peter, died June 1st(2012). Now entering the New Year my sister is said, by her Doctors, to have only have 3-4months left. Jesus was/is their Lord and Savior, and mine as well. I lost my job in August, because I could not cope with working and dismantling my parents home. I told Jesus that if Corrie could survive the year of horror with the loss of her sister and father and the home in which she loved, I too could survive these losses. Please...will you, my Brothers and Sisters in Christ, please pray for me to overcome and see the Joy of the Gospel and find a new job! I can't take much more. I will tell you I have experienced true grace and peace but there are days I just cry and I can't see beyond the sadness.

I've read Corrie's book which tells of forgiveness and the results of faithfulness in prayer and trusting our Savior Jesus Christ. I pray this is shared many times over. We, in the United States, have no idea what real trust in Jesus Christ and forgiveness is truly all about. I pray for strength to really know and share the love of my Savior! I pray, also, for Israel, for the peace of Isreal.

I'm remembering how you 1st gave me your heart for the Jewish people many many years ago when I saw The Hiding Place and visited a Jewish synagogue and saw the parading the Torah. I thought my heart would burst out of my chest. Now, at age 66 you have brought me to live in Jerusalem. Before and after coming you have let me participate in the "next" building adventure of Mike Evan's ministry. May the love of Yeshua touch as many in this building as have been touched through the Corrie building. May your powerful presence so fill the place that the eternal weight of your glory will come upon all who enter the door. AMEN!!!

I pray for those of us, Jew or Gentile, who profess Christianity to follow through and live it in a relationship with Jesus Christ and that they find the love Jesus demonstrated toward us in giving His life that we may offer ours in service to fulfill His purpose.
I pray for non-Christian Jews, who are still God's very own chosen people, that they will see that the Messiah has come already and that they will put their faith in His death and resurrection for their salvation.
Lord, you know I really love the Jews and my heart is truly heavy today for their situation. To me, they are like my own brothers and sisters. Please deliver them from this oppression and liberate them once again.
