CommentsI have seen the Hiding Place. It is a inspirational movie. I only hope that if the opportunity comes, that I can be as brave and strong as the Ten-Booms were.

CommentsAfter I saw the video,, I was thinking of all the times we have heard about the times coming when the persecution is coming to Christians, that judgement begins at the house of God,, you like to think no me,, not in my life time,, well no one knows then this will happen But the Lord himself,, and the flesh really like to not think of getting beaten and all that happen to the ten Boom family happening to me,, but Corrie and her family had to go through it,, the Lord Jesus was beaten,, so who I am to think I am any better then my Lord and Savior, or this loving family,,who loved ,, no one,,,

CommentsMy wife Cyndie and I visited the Ten Boom home as part of our vacation in 2000 and were deeply moved when actually experiencing the environment of where God worked so mightly. St. Bavos was also deeply moving as we sat and listened to the mighty organ playing praise to our King. We also experienced the passion play at Oberamagau which only happens every 10 years so all in all we were blessed to visit these places. Thanks for the virtual tour. It's like being there again and seeing our own pictures come alive. At the time of Corrie's passing to glory my mother was the head nurse at the hospital where she was treated and mentioned that Corrie was a generous and gracious patient to be with and was a joy to all who tended to her. A truelly faithful servant to the end.

CommentsI love Corrie Ten Boom. I have received one or two books/magazine (type) from my sister-in-law, Linda. What I never told Linda, was my family knew Corrie Ten Boom. She use to visit my fraternal grandparents and their family that came from Imjuden, Holland. I never realized until now how important she was to my grandparents and my father. I do remember her to be very soft spoken, pleasant to be around and a delicious smile. Wish I could go back and spend more time with her instead of being shushed aside and told, this is for adults to talk. Later she would talk to us children. What fun. God Bless her. Thank you all for this site and keeping the Ten Boom Museum alive.

CommentsThis has been a very beautiful virtual tour of the Ten Boom Museum. I have been richly blessed and greatly moved by hearing again the story and history of the Ten Booms. I can't wait to meet Corrie Ten Boom in person when I go to heaven. She was and is a beautiful saint.

  • Linda

CommentsI have had the honor of meeting Corrie ten Boom some fifty years ago. A wonderful woman, her testimony has been with me even today. The stories she told and the hardships she and her family (those they witnessed to and protected) faced even at risk of death; is truly a blessing and proof of God's unconditional love for everyone.
I pray we all have the courage and the faith to go through difficult times in our everyday life and in times ahead.
God bless the Ten Boom family and thank you for sharing your testimony.
Let's remember God loves all of us and is always near!

CommentsI have read "The Hiding Place" several times, and am now reminded to re-read it, and other books which I did not know were available until now. I HAVE read "Tramp for the Lord" as well. I found the link to the Ten Boom Museum on Facebook, and am so thankful that I did. This site reminds me how important it is to stand by and pray for the people of Israel, and also how God used then-and still uses- people who are willing to step out of their comfort zone, to help others in need. I know of people (many of them supposedly evangelical Christians) who do NOT believe the Holocaust ever happened. When I first heard about this I could hardly believe it. I was taught by both my parents and my church to honor and love the Jews as God's chosen people, and further to realize that God loves ALL of those He created, not just the ones that love Him or are of a certain race, color or creed. The Ten Boom family was the perfect example of doing God's will as well as His unconditional Love for us. Thank God for their wonderful testimony. Let us have the courage to do likewise.

CommentsI can only imaging the fear that these people felt. Yet with their faith in Jesus kept them going, regardless of what the outcome might be.

My grandmother was in the polish camp and the stories that she told me were horrifying.

I am only say that I would stand with Israel and die for them so this never happens again.

God Bless the people that made this tape and to keep it going so no one forgets.

CommentsFrom time to time I've heard the name of 'Corrie ten Boom' come up in reference to quotations of spiritual insights. Now, thanks to Facebook, I found the link to this website, and now I finally know who Corrie ten Boom was. God bless the ten Boom family and all of their endeavors.

CommentsHeartfilling story that can't allow me to stay without reflection and wanting to move further in my actions and prayers for the Lord's people!
Thank you for pulling together such an excellent art of work and testimony of the Power of our living God!
Yes, true enough, God's forgiveness, his Word and the testimony of the saints can only heal and convict our hearts, my heart, to love like Jesus by the power and the help of the Holy Spirit.
May God continues to pour out his blessing over you and over all of his people.

CommentsI just finished reading Dr. Evan's book "Betsie ten Boom Promise of God"
God brought me to Mr. Evans ministry after I prayed to Him to show me what ministry I should be supporting. I am humbled and honored to follow in the ten Boom family's legacy and continue to daily pray for the safety and peace of Jerusalem and God's chosen people.

CommentsJust finished reading "The Watchmaker's Daughter" by Jean Watson with my 9 year old daughter and have spent some time looking at certain elements of what Corrie and her family experienced before, during and after WWII. What a testimony to this young generation. Thank you for keeping the Ten Boom story alive and their message of peace, forgiveness and hope in Jesus at the forefront!

  • Diane

CommentsThe life and testimony of this family is just absolutely amazing and you can only imagine the miracles God allowed to happen. What a blessing to be able to read about Gods power in a time of our history that was so devastating and horrific! Praise God

    CommentsPhilippians 4:7
    New International Version (NIV)
7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

The times ahead for all of us are about to change. May we all find peace and Gods grace in even the most horrific of circumstances.

    Matthew 24:13
    New International Version (NIV)
13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

CommentsIn my closet i always pray for my country the Philippines, but we always declared every 12pm or noon everyday that we should shout 3X GOD BLESS ISRAEL AND THE PEOPLE LIVED IN JERUSALEM.

I dont know that God moves mightily in that place and hope so God continued to rescue His people the remnant of his people and to proclaim God's Victory.

CommentsCorrie and her family have inspired me to tramp for the Lord and persevere through hard times. Her message of forgiveness is powerful, just as Jesus forgave those while He hung on the cross. I shared this website with my students since they are learning about WWII. I wanted them to learn about Christians who demonstrated the love of Jesus with courage, bravery, and faith during that dark time in history in our world. Thank you for this beautiful site that honors the Ten Boom family who have left a powerful legacy which inspires others to walk out their faith in Jesus Christ.

CommentsI have read many of Corrie's books and watched The Hiding Place several times. So touched by her story, my husband and I and two of my children determined to visit the Beje on a month long trip to Europe in 2001. We had a tremendous sense of the peace and hope that the museum shares with the world. It was an experience we will never forgot. Fast forwarding to last week, my fellow fourth grade teachers were discussing character lesson in bravery and courage. Although there are policies which do not allow teachers to espouse religious beliefs, we decided that the story of the family ten Boom was a perfect fit for our bravery and courage. All four of our grade level teachers are Christians, so we also felt a little emboldened to share this incredible story of faith, courage, bravery, perseverance, kindness and love, all are character strengths we encourage in our school. Over a hundred students watched the movie and heard this story. Next week, I will share the photographs I took while visiting the museum and I will also post this website so that they may share this site with their families. Thank you for such a beautiful memorial to the ten Booms and for the message of faith in Jesus Christ that transcends hatred.

CommentsI read her first book The Hiding Place. Then I went to a Church in Hollywood where she spoke in their basement. I immediately felt the faith and the love that surrounded her. CommentsCorrie has always been an inspiration to me since reading her story as a teenager. I believe we should still be praying for the peace of Jerusalem.

CommentsCorrie's testimony as it relates to how she had faith even in those moments where minute by minute trusting God was crucial at times for her immediate survival, really meant so much to me in my life's journey.

CommentsI read the story of "The Hiding Place" as a girl and also saw the movie. I loved being able to see the places I read about. The extra information that was given during the tour was wonderful. I always remember the story of forgiveness that Corrie was sure to tell. Thank you for having this available to all who seek to know the Lord and to hear how He has worked in the life of a family. This helps me to remember that one can make a difference when yielded to the Lord. In the world we live in today it gives me hope.

CommentsI read the book about Corrie ten Boom's life many years ago but would love to read again. I truly enjoyed this tour for a reminder of how awesome the Lord is when we depend on Him and His Word.

  • Anna

CommentsI have always loved books. I don't know how it exactly came about, but in my early teen years, I only read books about the Holocaust and the fates of Jews -- and Gentiles who saved and hid them, like the ten Booms did. This included the book "The Hiding Place", among others and when finishing the book I wished I could see Corrie face to face. But I was born to late for this, and know I have to wait some years, I guess. :)

I love the Jewish people and will always stand up for them and I will tell my children (when the time comes to marry and have children) about the fate of the Jews -- not only about the Holocaust, but about all those centuries of persecution all over the world, which still continues today. I hereby declare: "NEVER AGAIN!!!" Never again shall Israel be uprootet, never again shall the Jews be persecuted, never again shall the Shoa happen and we look away!!!

God's answer to the Holocaust was the foundation of the JEWISH STATE ISRAEL!!!

CommentsThank you for this video production, it's been many years since I read about the hiding place. I am a fervent listener of Moody Bible Radio in the USA and they are having a prayer time for Israel, which somehow lead me to here. I pray that God who is faithful to finish what he has begun will quickly bless Israel with the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you Ten Booms for being good and faithful servants. Amen.
